International Delivery: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees associated with delivery. No extra fees at delivery. We cover all duties for you.
If a carrier requests payment of these fees, please contact support@soulfactorydoll.com with your order number and the payment request before paying. We will investigate and resolve it.

Doll Furniture (International Shipping)
Most doll furniture is shipped from overseas. Packing and dispatch generally take 7–15 days. In case of unexpected events such as war, pandemics, or other disruptions, delivery may be delayed.
Furniture shipping rates and free shipping eligibility follow the large-item shipping profile listed above and are confirmed at checkout.
Pre-Order and Custom Items
Pre-order and custom-made products (e.g., doll clothing and some furniture) require a waiting period of 1–2 months before delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Except pre-order products, we will ship the order within one week after receiving the order.
