Custom Orders
If you would like a color other than pink or light blue, please contact us before ordering at support@soulfactorydoll.com. We will confirm current fabric availability and let you know which colors can be made. Please include your doll type and size, preferred color, and requested skirt length. Headpiece color choices are limited, so we will coordinate the headpiece color with the selected dress fabric.
Production Time
This is a made-to-order item. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production after your order is confirmed.

- Because this item is made to order, cancellations or major changes may not be accepted after the order is confirmed.

Shipping & Inventory
We operate two warehouses, one in Japan and one in Hong Kong. Orders are shipped from the appropriate warehouse depending on stock availability. In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately from both locations. For international shipping, delivery typically takes approximately 7–22 days after dispatch.
